Secondary 3 Adventure Camp

The Secondary 3 Adventure camp was organized by the school for the secondary three students. Its purpose was to bond together classes as the students had been banded into different classes and thus separated from their dear friends and classmates.

Being away from their friends, the camp helped the students to bond and communicate better with their new classmates. The camp was also to expose the students to the nature and wild. The camp was to let the students experienced fun activities to enjoy themselves and also to learn life the hard way. The outcome for the adventure camp had turned out to be a success as volunteer camp leaders had done their best to provide excellent service to the campers.

The students were all excited to get a three day and one night trip to the Kota Tinggi Campsite. All of them had all of their things packed and were all set to go days before the trip.
The trip there went smoothly as everything was well-planned by the camp leaders and also the school. The students reached the campsite with the eagerness to enjoy themselves and to relieve themselves from their own stress.

A variety of challenging and exciting activities had been provided for us and all we had to do was to overcome it .There were wet and also dry activities. All of us had to get wet in activities such as Project Teamtanic and also lake rafting.For the dry activities, courage is needed to overcome the challenges such as the flying fox and the absalling. Some had to back out from the challenges due to their lack of courage.

Although everything was very well-planned, one of the unpleasant part of the camp was the food that was provided there. The food there were quite bland and tasteless but due to the campers being weary and tired, they were all hungry and had to finish their food.

The other unpleasant part of the camp was the tents which were set up for us to sleep in. Around 6 people had to squeezed into a tent with their bags along which had ended up being stuffed up at the side of the tent.

After going through an adventurous adventure camp, the students had to get their things packed up to get ready to be on their way home againg. Of course, they were all dissapointed to leave the place We unwillingly bid our farewell to our camp leaders as they left us by ourselves and the teachers to be on our way back home.
